At Rubber Mulch, we stand behind the durability and quality of our eco-friendly surfacing solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, bagged product within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Ensure all rubber mulch is in its original, unopened packaging and securely palletized to prevent damage or loss during transit.
Arrange Freight Transport
Due to the weight of our products, returns must be shipped via a freight carrier; we can assist in scheduling a pickup, though return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned material for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
